Hydrate like it matters

Drink water throughout the day. Add lemon, cucumber, or fruit slices for natural flavor.

Gentle movement—stretching, walking, yoga—helps your body transition smoothly.

During Your Cleanse: Your Daily Fruleef Flow

Each cleanse comes with a set number of cold-pressed juices plus our signature vitality shots. These juices replace meals for the duration of your cleanse, supplying steady nutrients all day long.

Start your morning gently

Begin with warm lemon water or plain water, then enjoy your first juice within an hour or two of waking.

Sip on a schedule

Aim for a juice every 2–3 hours. Slow, steady sipping helps your body absorb the nutrients instead of overwhelming your system.

Vitality Shots

Enjoy your 2oz vitality shots between juices or with your first or last juice. They’re potent—take your time with them.
